This privacy policy governs your use of the software application iBoogie – Sex diary and Meter (“Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Developer Radu Turcas. The Application is tracking the sexual activity of the user. The app stores locally the data the user enters. The app can access the user location upon user’s approval. The app can also write sexual activity entries in the Health app upon user’s approval. The sexual activity details include date it took place and if the activity was safe, unsafe or unspecified.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
User Provided Information
The Application obtains the information you provide when you allow the Application to get access to the Health data . Allowing the Application to access Health app data is optional and can be revoked from the device’s settings at any time. However, please keep in mind that you may not be able to use some of the features offered by the Application unless you grant access to the Health app.
When you grant access for Sexual Activity and use the Application, The sexual activity details include date it took place and if the activity was safe, unsafe or unspecified.
Automatically Collected Information
In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, your mobile operating system, and information about the way you use the Application. This information is used when reporting an issue with the app via the email composer, where this information is editable by the user. This device and app version information allows the developer to target the issues for a specific app version and device.
Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?
This Application collects precise information about the location of your mobile device, whenever the apps is used to track an activity. The location information can be optionally enabled the first time the user wants to track an activity. The location information tracking can be disabled at any time from the device’s settings.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
Only aggregated, anonymized data is transmitted to the Health app. We will share your information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.
We do not disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information.
What are my opt-out rights?
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. You can also request to opt-out by disabling the data access within the Health app or specific device’s settings like Location tracking and access to the device’s Contacts.
Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information
We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly.
Children
The Application is developed for users older than 17 years old.
Security
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. Please be aware that, although we endeavour provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. You will not be notified of any changes to our Privacy Policy. However, the new Privacy Policy will be available online. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

By using the Application, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. “Processing,” means using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information.. If you reside outside the United States your information will be transferred, processed and stored there under United States privacy standards.
